🔄 Refund & Return Policy

At Toys World Planet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order at toysworldplanet.com.

📅 1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or refund.

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: Item received in broken or physically damaged condition
  • Defective Product: Item is not working as expected (manufacturing defect)
  • Wrong Item Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Missing Parts: Product delivered with missing accessories or components

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or assembled by the customer
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Product returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Return request raised after 3 days of delivery

📸 4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • Step 2: Share your order number, full name, and clear photos/video of the issue
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  • Step 4: Upon approval, we will arrange pickup or guide you on sending the item back
  • Step 5: Once item is received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed

💰 5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Replacement First: We will first offer to replace the defective/wrong item at no extra cost
  • Store Credit: If replacement is not available, store credit will be offered
  • Cash Refund: In eligible cases, refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer

🚚 6. Return Shipping

Return shipping details depend on the reason for return:

  • Our Fault (Damaged / Wrong Item): Toys World Planet will bear the return shipping cost
  • Customer Request (other approved reasons): Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Items must be securely packed in original packaging to prevent damage during return transit

🔁 7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product only, subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you may need to place a new order. Exchange requests follow the same 3-day window and conditions as returns.
